A 14-year-old girl was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation after a caller on First Street reported they looking for a 14-year-old girl.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Ricky John Clark of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal mischief vandalism and on a Justice or City court warrant and Sierra Marie Flammond of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of false reported to law enforcement authorities and partner or family member assault after Flammond called in a complaint Wednesday at 3:03 p.m. on First Street.

Luci Rose Jones of Harlem, 42, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Wednesday at 4:47 p.m..

Officers investigated a incident on Second Street Northwest where a caller reported Wednesday at 6:28 p.m. that two big dogs had come into the yard and killed two chickens.

John Calvin Allen of Harlem, 42, was arrested on two state District court warrants and a Justice or City court warrant after Allen was transported Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. from Blaine County Sheriff's Office to Hill County Detention Center.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two 5-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, one female and one male 6-month-old kittens, and three female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 10-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female and two male 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old German shepherd puppy and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 9-week-old males, were being housed separately.
