State and local COVID-19 update, March 2, 2021

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 100,158 with 165 new cases, 1,.587 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 83. The number of deaths was 1,372.

Blaine County, Health Department reported Monday evening that from Thursday through Monday it was notified of 3 new cases with 694 total, 3 active, 24 deaths.

Hill County, Health Department reported Monday evening it was notified of 4 new cases with 1,904 total, 14 active, 2 active hospitalizations, 40 deaths.

Fort Belknap, Indian Community, reported Monday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, that it was notified over the course of the weekend through Monday of no new cases, 409 total, 3 active, no active hospitalizations, 12 deaths.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 117 total, none active, 1 death

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 490 total, 3 active, 5 deaths
