State and local COVID-19 update, March 1, 2021

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 100,003 with 50 new cases, 1,609 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 68. The number of deaths was 1,357.

Blaine County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 700 total, 8 active, 24 deaths

Hill County, reported Sunday evening that it was notified Friday and Saturday of 4 new cases. The County had 1,847 total, 13 active, 2 active hospitalizations, 40 deaths

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 118 total, 4 active, 1 death

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had 1 new case, 490 total, 4 active, 5 deaths
