Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash reported Thursday at 11:56 a.m. at 14th Street West and Washington Avenue.

A caller at Havre Middle School reported an incident at 1:50 p.m. Thursday.

A 17-year-old girl was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant after a Fourth Street caller reported Thursday at 2:34 p.m. that a man with warrants might be coming to the caller's residence. The girl was later transported to Cascade County Juvenile Detention Center.

A vehicle crash at Havre High School was reported at 3:29 p.m. Thursday.

Thursday at 3:58 p.m., a Fifth Street caller reported the back window was broken out of a car.

A Fifth Street caller reported Thursday at 9:02 p.m. that a girl had run off.

Michael Kristian Bakke of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported that a man was refusing to leave Thursday at 11:10 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during booking at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 4:52 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Firefighters responded to two calls Thursday. The first was at 11:03 a.m. on the 600 Block of Main Street where a down line turned out to be a phone line and the utility company was notified. The second call was at 7:28 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street where a fire alarm was set off by burnt food. The alarm was reset before the crew left the scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 4-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, one female and one male 26-week-old kittens, and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female and two male 7-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 26-week-old German shepherd puppy, and a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 8-week-old males, were being housed separately.

Births

A boy was born Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, to Sheree Parisian and Michael Ball Jr. of Lodge Pole.
