2. Resolution No. 3831 - A Resolution To Authorize Adoption Of The 2018 Edition Of The International Energy Conservation Code.

4. Confirmation of promotion of Taylor Gopher to the position of full-time patrol officer with the Havre Police Department.

5. Confirmation of appointment of Ryan Stewart as a probationary officer with the Havre Police Department.

6. Request for variance to place ribbons and signs in the downtown area to honor COVID 19 fatalities in Hill County.

7. Approval of February claims and manual warrants.
