Havre Police Department

Clayton Blade White of Havre, 25, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported Friday at 1:54 p.m. that a customer had scammed them out of money.

John Curtis Striker of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failing to carry proof of insurance and open container in the city during a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 2:12 a.m.

Saturday at 11:25 a.m., a caller on 10th Avenue reported finder their car with three slashed tires.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 5:09 p.m. to speak with an officer about a past case over some property which was then released to the individual.

Shana Williams of Havre, age unknown, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 6:08 p.m. that a dog had attacked a cat.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense reported Saturday at 7:09 p.m. by a Fifth Street caller.

--

Officers were asked Saturday at 9:24 p.m. to make a well-being check on someone on Washington Avenue.

Aariana Marie Horn of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving after a Fifth Avenue caller reported an erratic driver Sunday at 5:13 a.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 3:27 p.m. that someone drove off without paying for goods.

--

Officers were asked Sunday at 5:14 p.m. to investigate a possible theft, forgery or fraud at a First Street West facility.

Scott Joseph Savage of Havre, 55, was arrested on a theft charge and Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a beer theft was reported at a First Street business at 6:11 p.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated an incident in the alley near Third Street and 10th Avenue Sunday at 8:46 p.m.

--

Officers were asked to make a well-being check on a woman walking down 11th Street barefooted Sunday at 9:13 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated suspicious activity reported Friday at 9:20 a.m. at the Hill County Shop on Second Street West.

A caller at a Fifth Street North business reported vandalism Friday at 11:37 a.m.

--

Jazzmine Te Morin of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no contact order after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported a complaint Friday at 5:23 p.m.

Kim Alan Ironbear of Havre, 49, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller with Burlington Norther Sante Fe reported suspicious activity Friday at 6:35 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Jeron Joseph Sinclair of Havre, 20, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice or City court warrant and a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported shoplifters at 1:47 p.m. Saturday.

Shayna Jo Marie Koop of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Saturday and seven Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 4-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 11-week-old mixed breed puppy and a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy.

Births

A girl was born Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, to Jessica Pewitt and Michael Welch of Havre.
