Havre Police Department

Officers were notified of separate remote monitoring device violations at 10 and 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Christopher Paul Hammond of Hingham, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of violating a protective order after a 10th Street West caller reported a complaint Thursday at 11:37 a.m.

A juvenile status offense was reported by Child and Family Services Wednesday at 12:15 p.m.

--

Officers made an investigation on Washington Avenue while assisting another agency Wednesday at 11:02 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Anthony Dominick Harkins of Havre, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 2:22 p.m.

Victoria Lynn Landon or Havre, 55, was charged with assault on a peace officer or judicial officer and assault with bodily fluid Wednesday at 5:51 p.m., while being held at Hill County Detention Center.

Malinda Marie Descharm of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, probation violation and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on County Road 405 South reported an unwanted woman Wednesday 8:35 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 3-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dogs, two female 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 23-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.
