Victoria Lynn Landon of Havre, 55, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a Tuesday 7:22 p.m. caller reported that a woman west of Fifth Avenue and First Street was trying to get into vehicles.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a caller reported at 1:17 a.m. today that a child had broken a window trying to sneak out of the house.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Jonathan Warren Rupert of Seattle, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 1:35 p.m.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and two early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 9:59 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 Block of Fourth Street, where they found that burnt food had triggered the alarm. They reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two 3-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male 23-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.
