1. Havre Area Chamber of Commerce request for approval of the Bear Paw Marathon route within city limits on June 5.

2. Approval of the Independence Bank pledged securities for the quarter ending Dec. 31.

3. Confirmation of appointment of Brian Parker to the position of probationary police officer.

4. Approval of January claims and manual warrants.
