Meea Lee Healy of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle after a caller on First Street Northeast reported Thursday at 11:01 a.m. that a relative's vehicle was taken two days prior and hadn't been returned.

Officers told a Thursday 11:45 a.m. caller on First Street they would keep an eye open for a stolen red mountain bike, with stickers, no brakes and different colored handlebars, that was stolen three days prior.

Juanita Marie Espinoza of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on Fifth Street asked Thursday at 10:53 p.m. for assistance, and officers assisted by Hill County Sheriff's Office deputies made a well-being check on Third Street at 12:39 a.m. today.

The shelter this morning held three cats and one kitten of unknown gender, two male cats and one female 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a Staffordshire bull terrier dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy.

A girl was born Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, to Brenda Blackcrow and Charles McConnell Sr. of Hays.
