Havre Police Department

Collette Marie Stiffarm of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant while officers were assisting another agency on First Street Tuesday at 10:04 a.m.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 4:13 p.m. having a package, which belonged to someone else delivered to their house.

Police investigated a Tuesday 5:49 p.m. report that a house on 10th Avenue had been broken into.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Officers investigated a request made at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday for medical response for a man with a broken arm on Road 90 North.

Joshua Glen Reid of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:16 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, two female cats, one male 9-month-old kitten, one female 7-month-old kitten and one male cat.

The shelter also held a Staffordshire bull terrier dog, three female mixed-breed dogs, a female catahoula leopard dog, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy.

A girl was born Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, to Kristi and Enrique Gerald Rivera of Harlem.
