Sonni Mariah Ochoa of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and a 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver's license during a vehicle stop on First Street West Thursday at 8:24 p.m.

Roberta Denise Stump of Havre, 43, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street West Friday at 1:35 a.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, disorderly conduct, juvenile curfew violations and resisting arrest after a caller at a First Street West business reported a "hammered" man at the business Friday at 3:06 a.m. The juvenile was later transported to Blaine County.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr. was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 4:16 p.m.

Brandon Wallace Beck of Hogeland, 26, was arrested on charges of theft and conspiracy and on three Justice or City court warrants after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Monday at 5:40 p.m. that items which had been stolen from a storage unit were being sold.

George Jerome Thompson of Havre, 71, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon; assault by coercion, intimidation or threat; partner or family member assault; and tampering with a communication device after a caller on 40th Avenue West reported at 6:33 p.m. that someone had pulled a weapon on the caller.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, one female cat, one male and three female 6-month-old kittens, five male cats and one male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female 7-month-old Labrador retriever-border collie puppy, a male 7-week-old Rottweiler-border collie puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female shepherd dog and a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy.
