A Great Northern Railway steam engine is still festive this morning in the chilly 19 degree weather. The predicted high today is 28 degrees with a 13 m.p.h. west wind. The rest of this week will see temperatures into the high 30s and this weekend we will be into the 40s. No new snow is predicted in the near future.
