A 14-year-old girl was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault after a caller on 10th Street West reported Monday at 5:37 p.m. that a girl was hitting a family member. The girl was later transferred to the juvenile detention center in Cascade County.

Hill County Sheriff's Office
Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on First Street at 2:02 a.m. today with no details available in the call log. Kaleb Freyholtz of Hingham, one of the people named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of violations of conditions of release, four counts; contempt, habitual traffic offender and failure to comply with warrant. No information was available on the charges associated with the other arrest.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two cats of unknown gender, three female cats, one male and four female 6-month-old kittens, four male cats and one male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a female 7-month-old Labrador retriever-border collie puppy, a male 8-month-old German shepherd puppy, two male 7-month-old shepherd puppies, a male 6-week-old Rottweiler-border collie puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female shepherd dog, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 26-week-old shepherd puppy.
