Havre Middle School names students of month

Havre Middle School's Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for December is Ishaan Vikas.

Ishaan is the son of Yesodharan Vikas and Kasthuri Udayakumar. He has one brother, Hridwin Vikas.

Ishaan plays the saxophone in the middle school band. Outside of school, he participates in soccer and swimming. In his free time, Ishaan loves reading, computer coding and being involved in a variety of family activities.

As a student, Ishaan is exceeding expectation with virtual learning. He is conscientious and consistently produces high quality work. Ishaan's tremendous work ethic sets high standards for other HMS students to follow.

Ishaan aspires to attend college and become a doctor.

December's Seventh Grade Student of the Month is Gracie Shandorf.

Gracie's parents are Cole Shandorf and Teah Luke. She has one sister, Kendall Shandorf.

Gracie participates in HMS' school choir. She also plays softball and soccer outside of school. In her spare time Gracie enjoys painting, reading, hunting and hanging out with family and friends.

In the classroom, Gracie is very meticulous and hard-working. She always has a great attitude and is always willing to lend others a helping hand. Gracie's positivity makes the middle school a great place for everyone.

Gracie's long term goal is to become a pharmaceutical chemist.

Rainee Komrosky is Havre Middle School's Eighth-Grade Student of the Month for December.

Rainee is the daughter of Brandon and Krista Komrosky. She has one brother, Rhett Komrosky.

Rainee plays the flute in the middle school band. Outside of school she is very involved with 4-H. In her free time, Rainee loves reading, baking and hanging out with family and friends.

At school, Raniee brings a lot of insight and humor to class discussions. She takes her studies seriously and has a strong work ethic. Her dedication to school models what "Pony Pride" looks like at HMS.

In the future, Rainee plans to attend college to pursue an agriculture degree and then work on the family farm.
