Obituary - Charles 'Charlie' E. Manuel

Charles “Charlie” E. Manuel, 87, passed away due to natural causes at his residence on Thursday, December 10, 2020. 

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2020, on the hill behind the cross on Highway 234, and a celebration of Charlie’s life will follow immediately after the graveside service in the Quonset hut just down the road.
