Havre Police Department

Three people were arrested during a vehicle stop on 17th Street at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday. Details on the charges were not provided in the dispatch log, but Cameron Michael Boggs-Duran, who is named as an involved party in the log, is listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a police officer or other public servant.

A Tuesday 2:07 p.m. caller asked for a well-being check on a family member on Jefferson Avenue.

A Ninth Street caller reported two kids vandalizing Christmas ornaments in a yard Tuesday at 3:35 p.m.

Thomas Jay Shanandre of Seattle, Washington, 22, was arrested on a theft charge after a caller at a Fourth Street church reported a man had stolen property from the church at 5:09 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log listed no arrests, summonses or investigations.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a fire call at 2:15 this morning on the 500 Block of First Street. The fire was in, and contained to, a garbage can, and the fire crew was able to put the fire out with extinguishers. No other property was damaged.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two female cats, female 26-week-old kitten, five male cats one female 23-week-old kitten, one female 10-month-old kitten, four female and one male 6-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a 6-week-old German shepherd puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 24-week-old shepherd puppy.
