Ice Hawks games with Missoula were postponed

Meanwhile, the Havre Ice Hawks high school hockey team was supposed to play the Missoula Bruins in a pair of home games this weekend, but those games were postponed due to COVID-19 cases with the Missoula team.
The Havre Ice Hawks high school hockey team had a setback this past weekend, but there was still plenty of hockey in the Havre Ice Dome.
The Ice Hawk's games with the Missoula Bruins were canceled due to positive COVID-19 cases in the Missoula program. Still, the Havre U19 girls team took to the ice over the weekend with three games against Flathead.
Saturday, the Havre girls squad skated to a tie and a victory over the Fusion, then, they played the same Flathead team Sunday morning, where Havre fell in the outing.
It was a strong showing by the Havre girls, who continue their season Dec. 18-19 in Missoula.
Meanwhile, the Ice Hawk's high school team is hoping to make up the games with the Bruins at some point this season. Havre is currently 0-4 on the young season. The Ice Hawks' next scheduled games are set for Saturday and Sunday at the Flathead Fusion. Havre then comes back home to take on Miles City Dec. 18-19.
