District 4 Human Resources Development Council will be closed from Thursday, Dec. 24, through Sunday, Jan. 3.

For food emergencies during this closure, people can call Alma at 945-2403.

For heating emergencies, people can call Anthony at 262-5183.

For domestic abuse or sexual assault emergencies, people can call the Crisis Line at 265-2222.
