Havre Police Department

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. that some guns were missing from their residence.

Items were reported Wednesday at 12:13 p.m. to have been stolen from a Montana State University-Northern dorm room.

Wednesday at 12:39 p.m., a Second Street caller reported a rim and tire were stolen from a vehicle.

--

Officers investigated a Wednesday 12:53 p.m. report of vandalism to a McKinley Avenue vehicle.

--

A 10th Street caller reported a family member had broken into the caller's house through the back door and was still in the residence at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday.

Lance Kyle Timblin of Sandpoint, Idaho, 32, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a First Street business reported a trespasser in the store Wednesday at 1:48 p.m.

Christopher Henry Joseph Wood of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, causing apprehension, after a caller on Sixth Avenue asked Wednesday at 10:34 p.m. to speak with an officer about a past experience.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a Wednesday 2:10 p.m. report from Hill County Detention Center of an assault.

A summons was issued after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Wednesday at 3:53 p.m., but no details on the charges was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two female cats, five male cats, one female and three male 9-month-old kittens and two female 22-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male 11-week-old shepherd puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 22-week-old shepherd puppy.
