An icy fog hangs over Havre this morning with 17 degree weather and little to no wind. There is a high of 37 predicted today with a chance of the wind picking up to 13 mph around 2 p.m. Highs are predicted to hit the 30s in this area through the weekend and creep up into the 40s early next week.
