Havre Police Department

Callers reported Thursday at 8:10 a.m. that a tan Chevrolet Blazer hit a power pole on Bullhook Boulevard.

Krista Helen Chambers of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a charge of driving under the influence after callers reported Thursday at 9:52 a.m. that a blue PT Cruiser was holding up the cars in the parking lot at a First Street West business. Chambers was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a DUI.

A possible fight between youths was reported Thursday at 10:43 a.m. by callers on Second Street.

Callers reported a two-vehicle crash involving a black Toyota pickup truck and a Chevrolet car at 1:56 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Someone at a Montana Avenue business reported found or lost property at 4:19 p.m. Thursday.

A Washington Avenue caller reported Thursday at 6:32 p.m. that a mailbox was hit an broken.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations, but two vehicle crashes in the county were transferred to another law enforcement agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Thursday and one this morning, with three of the calls providing medical attention to more than one person.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats unknown gender, three male cats, one female and three male 9-month-old kittens, two female 20-week-old kittens and two female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male 21-week-old border collie puppy, a male 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 20-week-old shepherd puppy.
