Havre Police Department

Officers arrested someone on a warrant on 12th Street at 7:26 p.m. Friday, but no details were provided in the dispatch log.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open alcohol container after a caller at a Fifth Avenue business reported a man in the parking lot Saturday at 12:43 p.m.

A caller reported a two-vehicle crash on First Street Saturday at 3:04 p.m.

A 15th Street caller reported Saturday at 3:40 p.m. that a gun and flag were stolen.

Arlene Cheri Parrish of Great Falls, 37, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a state District Court warrant after a caller at 10th Avenue and Third Street called Saturday at 9:13 p.m. with questions for an officer.

A stolen political flag was reported Sunday at 7:18 a.m. on 16th Street West.

Two arrests were made after a caller at a First Street West business reported Sunday at 2:27 p.m. finding suspicious items. Jeremy King and Kayla Lamere, who were named on the dispatch log as involved parties, were both listed on this morning's jail roster. King was being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, sale of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license. Lamere was being held on charges of sale of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, and failure to appear in Jefferson County District Court.

A caller at 16th Avenue and Second Street reported a vehicle crash at 2:45 p.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported on Washington Avenue at 4:19 p.m. Sunday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Leslie Ray Bender of Havre, 72, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and other traffic crime after a caller at U.S. highways 87 and 2 made a complaint Friday at 3:15 p.m.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Friday at 5:23 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two calls Saturday and one Sunday.

Firefighters responded at 11:31 p.m. Friday to a fire alarm on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, where an alarm had been pulled by accident. They reset the alarm and cleared the scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six 9-month-old kittens and six cats all of unknown gender, two female 19-week-old kittens and two male cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 19-week-old shepherd puppy.

Births

A girl was born Friday, Nov. 13, 2020, to Madison Corcoran and Caymus Thomas of Havre.

A boy was born Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020, to Megan and David Gullickson of Chinook.
