The Havre Elks Lodge No. 1201 is holding a craft show Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Elks Lodge Secretary Brandy Kurtz, one of the organizers of the event, said the craft show at the Elks Lodge, 321 First St., will have lots of different vendors and crafters filling two rooms of the building.
The event will be a mix of home-based vendors and crafters, Kurtz said. She added that the craft show will have free admission. People are asked to practice proper social distancing and wear masks. Hand sanitizer readily available.
“It’s for everyone to come out and have a good time while they’re in town for Halloween,” Kurtz said. “Also from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. there will be a costume contest and candy given out to all trick-or-treaters during the day. Come down and enjoy.”
Kurtz, a crafter herself who makes fleece blankets and various other items, said the lodge activities committee wanted to get people involved and keep people home locally shopping at small businesses.
