Havre Police Department

Ricky John Clark Jr. of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal mischief/vandalism and disorderly conduct after a disturbance was reported on Fifth Street Friday at 12:03 p.m.

Sierra Marie Flammond of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to give notice of an accident after a hit and run crash was reported on First Street Friday at 5:18 p.m.

A caller reported Friday at 5:25 p.m. that a truck struck a tree on Third Avenue.

Joseph Hershiel Latray of Fort Belknap, 34, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city after a caller at a First Street business reported a man in public with an open container of alcohol at 8:26 p.m. Friday.

Steven Robert Schwarzrock of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to yield the right of way, and Conner William Bender of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of no vehicle insurance, seat belt violation and careless driving, after a caller reported a vehicle crash involving two pickup trucks on First Street West Friday at 9:19 p.m. One person involved in the crash was reported bleeding and unresponsive.

Grayson Hunter Brenna of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving, and Jazz Avery Schroeder of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession after a two-vehicle crash was reported on 11th Street Saturday at 11:30 p.m.

Amanda Rae Lindsay of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and resisting arrest, after a 20th Street caller reported Sunday at 2:51 a.m. that a family member was intoxicated and violent.

A 4:16 a.m. caller on 17th Street West reported a possible break-in.

--

A counterfeit $100 bill was reported at a First Street business at 8:25 a.m. Sunday.

--

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported at 8:35 a.m. Sunday that they had left a cellphone in the bathroom and it was gone when they went back to look for it.

--

Sunday at 6:29 p.m., a 17th Street caller reported that a vehicle had slid into a fence at some point during the day.

--

A 30-pack of beer was reported at 1:10 a.m. today stolen from a First Street West business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 1:40 p.m. Friday on 14th Street West.

Katrina Rae Longknife of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of custodial interference, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Cara Elise Longknife of Dodson, 32, was arrested on charges of custodial interference, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after deputies were asked Saturday at 11:47 a.m. to assist another agency on Road 405 South.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two Saturday and five Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue Saturday at 4:27 p.m., but found no signs of fire.

Firefighters were called Sunday at 7:51 p.m. to a chimney fire on the 1600 Block of Pine Drive. The flames had died down before the fire crew arrived, so they inspected the scene and told residents to contact them if anything changed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats, four 16-week-old kittens and a 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male 8-month-old kitten and two male cats.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog, a mixed-breed male dog, a male 24-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 16-week-old shepherd puppy.
