The cold in Havre ovenight broke a 139-year record, with the new record, 3 degrees fahrenheit reached at 11:57 p.m. beating the previous record, 8 degrees set in 1881. Blaine, Hill and Liberty counties are under a winter weather advisory and Chouteau County is under a winter storm warning through 9 p.m. Saturday, with 7 to 15 inches of new snow expected in Chouteau County in up to eight inches expected in Blaine, Hill and Liberty, with the heaviest snow expected south of US. Highway 2. Temperatures through the weekend are expected to be in the teens to 20s with lows from the single digits to slightly below zero.
