Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Monday 9:18 a.m. complaint that co-workers were receiving mail with false information about the caller who is from the Havre area.

A Cleveland Avenue caller reported Monday at 10:05 a.m. that the fuel door was open and the fuel cap was off on his vehicle.

Officers investigated a 6:58 p.m. Monday report to the police station of a remote breathalyzer test violation.

Child and Family Services made a report to officers Monday at 9:35 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An 11:20 p.m. Monday report of a car killing a cow on Montana Highway 234 in Beaver Creek Park was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats, four 15-week-old kittens and a 26-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a female cat, a male 8-month-old kitten, two male cats and a female 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, a female shepherd dog, a male mixed-breed 11-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a mixed-breed male dog, a male 23-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 16-week-old shepherd puppy.

Births

A boy was born Monday, Oct. 19, 2020, to Kassie and Curt Leeds of Havre.
