Havre Police Department

At 8:04 a.m. Friday, a Halloween Frankenstein yard decoration was reported stolen from Cleveland Avenue.

A campaign sign was reported Friday at 8:44 a.m. stolen from a Boulevard Avenue yard.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 10:16 a.m. to reported a sexual or violent offender registry violation.

--

A Fifth Avenue caller asked Friday at 1:21 p.m. to speak with an officer about a stolen bike.

--

A Friday 2:29 p.m. caller reported that someone has stolen some gates from Third Street.

--

A vehicle crash on Fifth Avenue was reported Friday at 6:02 p.m.

--

A 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after an officer responded to 14th Avenue at 11:59 p.m. Friday.

--

A burglary in progress was reported on Fifth Street at 12:38 a.m. Saturday.

--

An alcohol theft was reported from a a First Street West business Saturday at 4:40 a.m.

--

Leena Galan Healy of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and on Justice or City court warrant after a Saturday 10:35 p.m. caller in the alley off Second Street reported that a woman tore a man's shirt.

Joey Ray Azure of Havre, 25, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Lincoln Avenue reported a disturbance Sunday at 10:07 a.m.

--

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported Sunday at 4:46 p.m. on Third Avenue.

--

A hit and run crash was reported on Third Avenue at 9:38 p.m. Sunday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log is not made available on holidays.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, one call Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Firefighters investigated two calls Friday - a good intent call at 12:52 p.m. on the 1100 Block of Eighth Avenue and a carbon monoxide alarm at 11:34 p.m. on the 2000 Block of 10th Avenue.

Firefighters responded Saturday at 8:06 p.m. to a fire call on the 800 Block of Fourth Street.

Firefighters were called to a barn fire on the 2500 Block of 36th Street South-east Sunday at 4:56 p.m. Members of Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department who were nearby helped contain fire that was spreading in the grass. The structure and its storage contents along with some pasture were burned.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one 14-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, two female cats, one male 8-month-old kitten and three male cats.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog, a male mixed-breed 10-week-old puppy, a mixed breed male dog, a male 22-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 14-week-old shepherd puppy.
