Jonathan Thomas Erickson of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and social host violation, also issued summonses on MIP charges were Jud Daniel Colliness of Kincaid, Saskatchewan, 20; Mikenna Raye Schauer of Stettler, Alberta, 18; and Rider Ervin Jacobson of Noonan, North Dakota, 20, after a caller reported loud people in a backyard on Cleveland Avenue Saturday at 2:29 a.m.

Michael Thayne Sutherland of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on a charge of dog at large in the city after a 14th Street caller reported Saturday at 7:08 a.m. that a husky killed some rabbits.

Nora Mae Ward of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a Saturday at 8:45 a.m. vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue related to an 8:40 a.m. report of a disturbance at a First Street business.

A Third Avenue caller reported Saturday at 12:22 p.m. that someone had damaged some stairs.

A possible stolen vehicle was reported Saturday at 9:20 p.m. at Fifth Avenue and Seventh Street. The caller reported at 12:40 a.m. Sunday that he might have found the vehicle at Ninth Street and Third Avenue.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 8:41 a.m. that a family member had assaulted her.

Vanessa Bradley of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported a complaint Monday at 12:48 a.m. on First Street Northeast.

Hill County Sheriff's Office
Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting unauthorized minor to drive Friday at 3:08 p.m.

A summons was issued after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Friday at 7:13 p.m.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, four call Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to an alarm on the 10 Block of 13th Street West Friday at 8 a.m. The alarm had been triggered by work being done on an elevator.

Firefighters responded to a 3:25 p.m. report of a fire on U.S. Highway 2 East. The fire was permitted burn and the fire crew was called back en route.

Firefighters were called to fire on the 200 Block of First Street Sunday at 1:55 p.m. The fire, which started from a heating element left on too close to combustible paper products on a shelf, was put out with an extinguisher, so the fire crew assisted with removal of and wetting down burned items and ensuring the fire had not spread to the structure. The fire was contained to the shelf, but the building and its contents sustained smoke damage.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two cats and one 13-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, three female cats, one female 22-week-old kitten, one male 8-month-old kitten and three male cats.

The shelter also held a female 19-week-old mixed-breed puppy, two male and three female 11-week-old mix-breed puppies, a female 24-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male border collie-Labrador retriever dog, a male 21-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 13-week-old shepherd puppy.
