1. Ordinance No. 912 — An Ordinance Amending Title 1, Chapter 6, Section 1, Salaries Of Elective Officers, Of The Havre City Code.

2. Resolution No. 3828 — A Resolution Assessing A Special Property Tax Against Certain Property In The City Of Havre, Montana For Failure To Pay A Reasonable Charge For Nuisance Weed Control On Their Property Under The Authority Of Section 9-6-7 Of The Havre City Codes. 

3. Confirmation of Officer Jayce Barclay as a patrol officer with the Havre Police Department.

4. Approval of September claims and manual warrants.
