Havre Police Department

Joey Ray Azure of Havre, 25, was arrested on an assault charge, John Martin Holman of Havre, 29, was arrested on an assault charge and on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Second Street reported at 1:22 p.m. Wednesday that a man was trying to fight everyone.

Edward James Lewis of Havre, 69, was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer initiated assistance on Second Street at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday.

Marlayna Shanelle Snow of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and habitual traffic offender during a vehicle stop on 12th Avenue Wednesday at 4:56 p.m.

An 11th Street caller reported a domestic disturbance at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 7:31 p.m. report of suspicious emails.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 16-year-old Havre boy was arrested by Hill County Sheriff's Office officers assisting another agency at 9:09 a.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center on charges of conspiracy, sale of dangerous drugs, possession with intent to sell and possession of dangerous drugs

Jeffrey Wayne Follet of Glasgow, 32, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 4:43 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Wednesday.

Firefighters responded to a good-intent call to the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday to check on someone's well-being.

A Havre Fire crew assisted Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department with a small grass fire off U.S. Highway 2 East at 12:01 p.m. Bear Paw VFD reported that the fire possibly started with an electrical problem with a power line.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and one 13-week-old kitten of unknown gender, four female cats, one female 22-week-old kitten, one male 8-month-old kitten, four male cats and a 9-week-old male kitten.

The shelter also held a female 19-week-old mixed-breed puppy, two male and three female 10-week-old mix-breed puppies, a female 23-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male border collie-Labrador retriever dog, a male 21-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 13-week-old shepherd puppy.
