Hi-Line Athletes of the Week

It was a busy week for North Star volleyball, and a productive one for Shayla Borlaug. The North Star senior tallied 31 kills, as well as plenty of blocks, digs and aces in three matches over the course of last week. Borlaug helped the Knights beat CJI and Big Sandy, while also battling Chinook last week. Borlaug is an All-Conference performer in volleyball the past two seasons for the Knights.

For the second time this season, Chinook’s Hunter Molyneaux racked up big offensive numbers. In a 64-20 win at CJI last Friday night, Molyneaux rushed for 110 yards, helping the Beeters roll up over 250 yards on the ground and over 300 yards of total offense in the big Northern C win. The 100-yard game was Molyneaux’s third this season for Chinook, which improved to 3-1 on the year.
