Havre Police Department

Joshua Robert-Monroe Guyton of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and resisting arrest after an officer stopped on First Avenue Tuesday at 5:04 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity.

A vehicle crash was reported on First Street Tuesday at 5:09 p.m.

A crash involving an automobile and a motorcycle was reported Tuesday at 6:40 p.m. on Second Street.

A 12-year-old Havre girl was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of intoxicant after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a physical altercation between two people Tuesday at 9:17 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Zack Caine Herrell of Great Falls, 45, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the sheriff's office Tuesday at 2:02 p.m.

Officers investigated a drug offense reported Tuesday at 8:23 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded with an engine and an ambulance to an 11:40 a.m. Tuesday call to the 1800 Block of Highway 2 East, where a pressurized tank was leaking an unknown liquid. The tank was turned off and the business called in a haz-mat disposal unit.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat, one 13-week-old kitten and an 8-week-old all of unknown gender, four female cats, one male 8-month-old kitten, four male cats, a male 8-week-old kitten and a female 21-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female 16-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, one female mixed-breed 19-week-old puppy, two male and three female 10-week-old mix-breed puppies, a female 23-week-old mixed-breed puppy and two male 21-week-old shepherd puppies.
