Havre Police Department

A summons was issued after a remote test breathalyzer violation was reported at the police station Wednesday at 6:25 a.m.

A Fourth Street caller reported damage to a fence and mailbox Wednesday at 8:11 a.m.

--

Wednesday at 8:16 a.m. a caller on Grant Avenue reported a Dodge Avenger was broken into and items stolen.

Officers investigated a remote test breathalyzer violation reported at the police station Wednesday at 2:11 p.m.

--

David Carrino of Havre, 51, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after a caller at a First Street West business asked Wednesday at 8:10 p.m. for assistance removing someone from the premises.

Someone reported suspicious activity at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall at 1:43 a.m. today.

--

A caller asked for a well-being check for someone on Second Street this morning at 3:46 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 2:54 p.m. Tuesday caller on Road 475 North reported a theft, forgery or fraud.

Tracy Lynn Eagleman of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at 3:47 p.m.

--

A caller reported at 6:11 a.m. today that a windshield was smashed in on vehicle on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 8-week-old and one 21-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male 7-month-old kittens, four male cats, one female and two male 11-week-old kittens and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed 18-week-old puppies, a female 15-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy, two male mixed-breed dogs, a male border collie dog, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 9-month-old German shepherd dog and a female pit bull terrier dog.
