Havre Police Department

An Ike Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 8:51 a.m. that a power grease gun had been stolen out of a truck.

A two-vehicle crash between a Dodge and a Ford was reported on Washington Avenue at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Officers were called at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday to assist with a car crash on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jasmin Shay Demontiney of Great Falls, 24, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and criminal mischief vandalism after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Wednesday at 11:57 a.m. that someone had kicked in a door.

Shane Clark Johnson of Havre, 52, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 2:58 p.m.

A vehicle crash with an injury was reported on U.S. Highway 2 West at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday, and referred to another law enforcement agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cats and two 6-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male 7-month-old kittens, four male cats, one female and two male 9-week-old kittens, one male 21-week-old kitten and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed 17-week-old puppies, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, one female mixed-breed dog, two male mixed-breed dogs a male border collie dog, a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 8-month-old German shepherd dog and a female pit bull terrier dog.

Births

A boy was born Monday, Sept. 14, 2020, to Lindsay and Mark Messerly Jr. of Hays.
