Havre Police Department

A First Avenue caller reported Friday at 6:41 p.m. that a vehicle was hit with a McChicken, and no damage was done.

Raymond Floyd Levi Sederdahl of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without valid registration, driving without insurance, and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue at 7:53 Friday.

--

A caller at the hospital reported at 3:27 p.m. Friday that a possible bag of marijuana was left at the door.

--

Vandalism to a retail property was reported on Third Avenue at 7:09 p.m. Friday.

--

Someone stopped at the police station at 9:00 p.m. Friday asking to speak with an officer.

--

Two 13-year-old Havre girls were each issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a Third Street caller reported at 1:55 a.m. Saturday a family member had just run away.

--

A 16-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation and minor in possession after a caller reported a boy at the top of the slide in Pepin Park on Seventh Avenue Saturday at 4:40 a.m.

--

An abandoned bike was reported at Lions Park on 17th Avenue at 7:40 p.m. Saturday.

--

Demi Leigh Billy of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and tail light violation during a vehicle stop on Fourth Street Sunday at 1:42 a.m.

Christopher Arkinson of Box Elder, 55, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct with physical conduct and assault with minor injuries after a Fifth Street caller reported a man was beat up in a park on Fifth Street Sunday at 5:07 p.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 7:25 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

--

A 16-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of assault, minor injuries, after a Sixth Street caller reported at 7:53 p.m. Sunday that a 14-year-old boy was assaulted while walking down the street.

A First Street business caller reported a theft, forger or fraud Sunday at 11:30 p.m.

--

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Havre, 37, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller at a First Street business reported people outside arguing at 2:42 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Seth B. Enno of Ray, North Dakota, 27, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller with Amtrak reported Saturday at 1:02 p.m. that a man had jumped off the train.

Mark Warren of Hingham, 64, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 in Hingham reported a domestic disturbance Saturday at 9:36 p.m.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity in Box Elder reported by Rocky Boy Police Department Sunday at 12:19 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, five calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

--

Firefighter responded to a 3:49 p.m. call to the 200 Block of Seventh Avenue for a gas smell. NorthWestern Energy shut off the gas in preparation to fixing the problem.

--

Firefighters responded to the 600 Block of 82nd Avenue West at 11:42 a.m. to check for a gas leak. A leak was found and NorthWestern Energy took over at the scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats and three kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats, two male 7-month-old kittens, three male cats, one female and two male 9-week-old kittens and one male 21-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held one male and two female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppies, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a female mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, and a male border collie dog.

Births

A girl was born Friday, Sept. 11, 2020, to Courtney Weaving and Ozzie Windyboy of Box Elder.

A boy was born Friday, Sept. 11, 2020, to Kyla Racine of Dodson.
