1. Ratification of AFSCME Local 336 Collective Bargaining Agreement for July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

2. Request from Havre Chamber of Commerce to close Third Avenue from First Street to Fourth Street Sept. 19 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

3. Request from the Atrium to close Second Street from Third Avenue to Second Avenue and Second Avenue from First Street to Second Street Sept. 18 from 6:15 p.m. to closing to hold the Downtown Celebration.

4. Request from Sax Cadillac Band to hold a Street Dance Sept. 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. in conjunction with the Downtown Celebration.

5. Consider proposal by Forward Montana to do a Census mailer in the city’s name.

6. Approval of August Claims and Manual Warrants.
