3. Request from the Atrium to close Second Street from Third Avenue to Second Avenue and Second Avenue from First Street to Second Street Sept. 18 from 6:15 p.m. to closing to hold the Downtown Celebration.
4. Request from Sax Cadillac Band to hold a Street Dance Sept. 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. in conjunction with the Downtown Celebration.
5. Consider proposal by Forward Montana to do a Census mailer in the city’s name.
6. Approval of August Claims and Manual Warrants.
