Havre Police Department

A caller at Ninth Street and Third Avenue reported a two-vehicle crash at 7:19 a.m. Thursday.

A pink, white and blue bicycle was reported Thursday at 1:29 p.m. found at Pepin Park on Seventh Avenue.

A two-vehicle crash with one person injured was reported on Fifth Avenue at 2:11 p.m. Thursday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Thursday at 12:41 p.m., a caller at the hospital reported an accidental gun shot injury on River Road.

Jeremy Clement Larsen of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the sheriff's office Thursday at 3:28 p.m.

Tina Belcourt of Box Elder, 37, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported the theft Thursday at 5:29 p.m.

Deputies assisted another agency in Kremlin at Road 285 South and U.S. Highway 2 at 6:41 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 4-week-old kittens, four 7-week-old kittens and a cat all of unknown gender, two female cats, two male 6-month-old kittens, two male cats, one male 19-week-old kitten and one male 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held three male and two female mixed-breed 14-week-old puppies, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Akita dog, two male 10-week-old mixed-breed dogs, a male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
