Correction - Commission nixes mail ballots

A front-page story in Friday”s edition of the Havre Daily News was unclear on who would receive mail ballots and how provisional mail ballots are counted. In a mail election, ballots would be mailed to provisional and active registered voters, and provisional ballots without identification are not counted until identification is provided by 8 p.m. Election Day.
