Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 12:22 p.m. to speak with officers about a person who is violating his probation.

A vehicle battery was reported Thursday at 1:13 p.m. stolen from a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue.

--

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 44, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and a Justice or City court warrant on 11th Street West at 5:31 p.m. Thursday.

A remote breathalyzer violation was reported at 6:56 p.m. Thursday at the police station.

--

Thursday at 7:31 p.m., someone stopped at the police station to report a stolen bike.

A 13-year-old girl was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violations charge after a Third Street caller reported Thursday at 10:34 p.m. that a girl had sneaked out of the house and couldn't be located. The summons was issued after officers stopped to speak with two juveniles on Fifth Street at 10:40 p.m.

A First Avenue caller reported at 12:19 a.m. today that someone had tried to kick the caller's door in.

--

Officers performed a building check at a First Street establishment at 12:47 a.m. today.

--

Two arrests were made after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity at the Fifth Avenue softball complex at 1:51 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on 475th Road North reported vandalism at 7:02 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Firefighters were called at 8:33 a.m. Thursday to the 1400 Block of U.S. Highway 87 where an RV camper had gone off the road and a small propane tank was leaking. The tank was emptied on site and the scene turned over to towing services. Two people were looked at on the scene, but refused further services.

Firefighters were called Thursday at 11:17 a.m. to the 200 Block of Seventh Avenue where a gas leak was discovered at a gas meter that had been worked on the previous day. The scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

At 9 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to a gas leak at a regulator. The gas to the house was shut off at the house and the scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

--

A fire crew and an ambulance were called to a vehicle rollover crash on U.S. Highway 87 just south of Havre. The engine was canceled en route and emergency services examined three people who waived seeking further medical services.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 6-month-old kittens, one 11-week-old kitten and one cat all of unknown gender, two female cats, one male cat and one male 17-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 15-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 16-week-old mixed breed puppy, a male Akita dog, a male Australian shepherd-Chihuahua dog and a male mixed breed dog.
