Havre Police Department

Zack Lee Ambler of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and parole violation after an officer initiated investigation at 1:39 p.m. Thursday of suspicious activity on First Street.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 67, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported Thursday at 8:03 p.m. that a neighbor of one of her rentals on First Avenue reported a man passed out on the steps of the rental.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a First Street caller reported a woman outside of the residence Thursday at 9:26 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported the incident Thursday at 2:20 p.m.

Christopher Thomas Irby of Hays, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 3:53 p.m.

Adam Michael Bachmeier of Havre, 33, and Kyrie Michelle Malsam of Havre, 33, were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Thursday at 8:42 p.m.

Kaylen Marie Ball of Harlem, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant after a deputy investigated suspicious activity on First Street West Thursday at 8:58 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 6-month-old kittens, one 10-week-old kitten and one cat all of unknown gender, three female cats, one male cat and one male 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 15-week-old mixed breed puppy, a male Akita dog and a male German shepherd.
