Havre Police Department

Malinda Sue Davis of Havre, 59, was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog and dog registration and vaccination required after a caller on Second Street reported two aggressive dogs at 7:36 a.m. Friday, and Davis reported at 9:14 a.m. that someone had kicked in a door and two German shepherds had gotten loose.

Kurt Allan Eagleman of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and aggravated burglary after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Friday at 2:51 p.m. hearing a woman and a man screaming in a fight down the road.

A Second Street caller reported Friday at 7:13 p.m. that a massage chair had been taken out of a truck.

--

A caller in the Second Street alley reported Saturday at 8:05 a.m. that two people had broken into and slept in vehicles overnight.

--

The driver of a silver van was reported Saturday at 3:04 p.m. having driven off without paying for gas at a First Street business.

--

Sherman Dean Alexander Sr. of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after and officer investigated suspicious activity at 3:34 p.m. Saturday on Sixth Avenue.

A Second Street caller asked to speak with an officer Sunday at 6:10 a.m. about a car that had been egged during the night.

Crystal Gayle Day Child or Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 4:04 p.m.

Officers investigated a Sunday 4:59 p.m. report from McKinley Avenue of a stolen vehicle.

Jarrell J. Lasley of Macy, Nebraska, 26, and Gabriel Evan Jordan of Box Elder, 22, were arrested each on a charge of trespass to property after a 12th Street caller asked Sunday at 11:54 p.m. for assistance removing two men from the property after they tried to kick in a door.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Friday at 1:16 p.m. caller on Road 80 North near Inverness asked deputies for assistance.

Deputies investigated a disturbance on Ninth Street East Friday at 2:30 p.m.

Nikki Mae Black Owl of Havre, 48, was issued a summons on shoplifting charges reported at 5:06 p.m. Friday by a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Deputies investigated an animal control issue reported at the emergency room Friday at 8:20 p.m.

Jacob Logan James Folk of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after someone reported suspicious activity at a residence off U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 8:48 p.m.

Deputies investigated drug offense report from booking personnel at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 2:10 p.m.

--

Deputies investigated an 11:43 p.m. Saturday complaint from a caller on First Street North.

--

A caller on Road 40 South near Rudyard reported Sunday at 12:12 p.m. that a computer had been hacked.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Friday, four calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a report from officers who said they could see and smell smoke coming from a residence on the 700 Block of 12th Street at 1:57 a.m. today. A small fire in the kitchen garbage can was put out with a fire extinguisher. The fire caused minimal damage to the structure and some contents, but no one was injured.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 26-week-old kittens, one 9-week-old kitten and two cats all of unknown gender, six female cats, one male cat and one male 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two female and one male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male Akita dog and a male and a male mixed-breed dog.
