Havre Police Department

Melissa Lynn Eagleman of Box Elder, 48, was arrested on charges of suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to carry proof of insurance during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue at 7:18 a.m. Thursday.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 8:20 a.m. to report vandalism to a vehicle.

Officers investigated a 10:56 a.m. Thursday report of a remote breathalyzer violation.

A Second Street Northeast caller reported a complaint Thursday at 3:39 p.m.

Hailey Storme Britton of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice of City court warrant and a charge of seatbelt violation during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Thursday at 4:39 p.m.

Michael Jay Stump of Havre, 46, was issued a summons on charges of no driver's license, failing to notify owner of damage to property, reckless driving, speeding, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, stop sign violation, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and failing to give notice of accident after a caller reported a vehicle crash in a Second Street alley Thursday at 11:34 p.m.

Five people were arrested or issued summonses after a Wilson Avenue caller reported a suspicious vehicle at 3:29 a.m. today. Details were not provided on the charges, which included charges for three juveniles.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Thursday at 11:12 a.m., a caller at a north side business reported vandalism.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 26-week-old kittens, one 9-week-old kitten and two cats all of unknown gender, six female cats, one male cat and one male 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two dogs: a female mixed-breed and a male Akita.
