As of 4 p.m. today, no local health centers reported any new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and Rocky Boy Health Center at Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation reported at 3 p.m. no new cases had been confirmed there.
Rocky Boy Health Center reported that left 27 active cases confirmed at the center with a total positives of 33, or six recoveries.
Cases confirmed at the health center may be of residents of the reservation or of people living off the reservation who were tested at the center. Some of its confirmed cases reside in Chouteau County and some in Hill County,l reported by the county health department.
Chouteau County has confirmed three cases -- which would include cases of Chouteau County residents who were tested at the Rocky Boy Health Center -- and reported today that it has two active cases, adding in the Chouteau County Health Department Facebook post, "meaning that one has recovered, which is good news."
"Please be aware and take all personal precautions to keep yourself and your family safe," the post said. "Social distance, wash your hands or use sanitizer, don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth, wear a mask where social distancing is not possible, stay away from large gatherings and disinfect high touch surfaces regularly."
According to the state COVID-19 tracking map as of 10 a.m. today, Hill County has 39 confirmed cases, 25 active, and Blaine County has seven cases, one active.
Liberty County has one recovered case, which was confirmed in March as one of the Hill County cases was.
All other cases in the region were confirmed in July.
