The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Jane Hedstrom in May.

Ruth Lydia Reyes, born in 1968, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault, purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury, amended from assault with a weapon.

Joshua Glen Reid, born in 1979, had a charge of failure to register as a sexual or violent offender dismissed by the prosecution.

——

Travis Vaughn Standinghorn, born in 1978, had a charge of failure to register as a sexual or violent offender dismissed by the prosecution.

——

Crystall Michelle Blatt, born in 1974, had a charge of failure to register as a sexual or violent offender dismissed by the prosecution.

——

Tyler Kim TheBoy, born in 1990, had a charge of failure to register as a sexual or violent offender dismissed by the prosecution.

Holley Leo, born in 2001, had a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs dismissed by the prosecution.

Kyle Ty Shabi, born in 1989, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from driving under the influence, first offense, and had a charge of speeding in a restricted or special zone dismissed by the prosecution.

Michelle Ann Tomaskie, born in 1970, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment with substantial risk, amended from DUI, first offense, and had a charge of right of way violation dismissed by the prosecution.

Alexander Lynn Proffitt, born in 1993, had a charge of failing to have a vehicle equipped with tail lamps dismissed by the prosecution, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated DUI, first offense.

Marlon Gerard Stiffarm, born in 1984, was fined $50 for speeding in a restricted or special zone; was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; and forfeited $285 bond on the case.

Cody James Wortman, born in 1991, had charges of forgery less than $1,500 in value, first offense, and issuing a bad check for $500 or less, first offense, dismissed by the prosecution.

Seqoia Elizabeth Demontiney, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for driving without a valid driver’s license; was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and had dismissed by the prosecution charges of careless driving, failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, first offense, and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, first offense.

Walter William White, born in 1999, was fined $260 for minor in possession, over age 18, second. In a subsequent case, White had a charge of MIP, over 18, third offense or subsequent offense, dismissed by the prosecution, and was fined $25 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Clayton Andrew Hofeldt, born in 1975, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two credited, for negligent endangerment, substantial risk, amended from aggravated DUI, first offense, and had a charge of failure to obey a stop signal dismissed by the prosecution.

Jennifer Gale Thomas, born in 1982, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 730 days in jail, 728 days suspended and two credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated DUI, third offense, and was fined $300 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended and two credited, for reckless driving, first offense.

Clifford Lamere Lenhardt, born in 1999, had charges of failure to have lamps lighted when required and endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, dismissed by the prosecution; was fined $500 for operating a vehicle with .02 percent blood alcohol concentration under 21 years of age, first offense, amended from DUI, first offense; and was fined $200 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Beau Jordan Briese, born in 1991, had a charge of failing to obey a stop signal dismissed by the prosecution and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

Anthony John Rucinsky, born in 1988, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $25 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 suspended and one credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, first offense, and had a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, dismissed by the prosecution.

Jaycee Orion Norris, born in 2001, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense; was fined $200 for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and was given a deferred imposition of sentenced and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Gabriel Manuel Brown Hofrenning, born in 1997, had charges of resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant dismissed by the prosecution, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Dustin Paul Hofer, born in 1997, had a charge of unlawful transactions with children, first violation, dismissed by the court.

A girl born in 2003 had a charge of following too closely dismissed by the court.

Yancy Taylor Hawley, born in 1997, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Jeremiah Mark Headdress, born in 2001, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; had charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct dismissed by the prosecution; was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for operating a vehicle with .02 percent BAC, under 21 years, first offense, amended from DUI, first offense; and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Anthony Ernest Stremcha, born in 1963, was fined $500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and four credited, for partner or family member assault, causing apprehension of injury, first offense, and had charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest deferred by the prosecutor.

Jacqueline Colleen Chiefstick, born in 1980, had a charge of criminal trespass to vehicles dismissed by the prosecution. In a subsequent case, Chiefstick was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for trespass to property and was found guilty of disorderly conduct, first offense, with no fine or sentence listed.

Dusty Lee Manuel, born in 1986, had a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license dismissed by the prosecution and was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for DUI, first offense, amended from DUI, second offense.

Ryan Tre Meyers, born in 1992, had a charge of partner or family member assault, causing injury, first offense, dismissed by the prosecution and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and three credited, for assault.

Ashley Dolores Alvardo, born in 1984, was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license; was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense; and was ordered to pay $1,300 restitution on the case.

Rochelle Marie Doney, born in 1990, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

In a subsequent case, Stump was fined $100 for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
