State coronavirus map update, June 8, 2020

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today's 10 a.m. update was 1,371 with 44 new cases, which does not include five positive rapid tests in Hill County.

The number of hospitalizations, including people hospitalized before being tested, was 117 with 22 active hospitalizations. The number of tests completed was 106,421 with 1,094 new tests listed this morning. The number of deaths was 23. The number of recoveries was 759 and the number of active cases was 589.

The new cases by county were in:

Hill: 5 rapid test positives which are not listed on the map totals

Gallatin: 19 new cases, 327 total

Yellowstone: 5 new cases, 330 total

Big Horn: 3 new cases, 95 total

Lewis and Clark: 3 new cases, 39 total

Silver Bow: 3 new cases, 39 total

Jefferson: 2 new cases, 5 total

Lake: 2 new cases, 24 total

Madison: 2 new cases, 21 total

Meagher: 2 new cases, 4 total

Carbon: 1 new case, 30 total

Cascade: 1 new case, 37 total

Granite: 1 new case, 5 total
