A pair of Havre 12U girls fast pitch softball teams recently completed their seasons, including at the Monday Tournament in Glasgow just a short time ago.
One Havre 12U squad played games against Glasgow and Lewistown at home; a Monday Tournament in Lewistown where they went 1-1; the Falls Fusion Classic in Great Falls, where they went 1-3; and the Monday Tournament in Glasgow June 27 where they beat Glasgow 13-12, before falling to Lewistown and Glasgow to end the season.
The 12U team was composed of Ainsley Courtnage, Alaura Moore, Aliyia Cloninger, Aspen VanCampen, Bree Hanson, Brooklyn Wilting, Ella Davison, Daceen Verploegen, Heydon Olson, Kami Scheele, Lyvia Little, Selah Dawson and Tahlyn Olson.
The Havre Force 12U team also wrapped up its summer recently, with an 8-7 overall record. The Fusion beat Glasgow 15-5 to start the season, while attending the Billings Rim Rock Tournament, the Falls Fusion Classic where they beat the Bitteroot Sparks 12-1 to win the championship in the Silver Bracket. The Force then wrapped up the season by going 2-2 at the Helena Capital City Classic at the end of June.
The Force were coached by Michelle Oliver and composed of Kamree Oliver, Brenna Hanson Jojo Doney, Paisley Branden, Ela Harber, Hailey Gingerly, Cece Littleshield, Callie Beebe, Rachel Jette, Adi Olson, Ari Gary, Camille Keely and Amaya Jarvis.
The Havre Girls Fastpitch Association also finished city league play recently. Only A and B League games were played this season, and no city tournaments were held.
