Havre Police Department

A Seventh Street caller reported Thursday at 6:55 a.m. that a neighbor had backed into a car during the night.

Officers opened an investigation after someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 11:15 a.m. for assistance.

A Washington Avenue caller reported at 12:56 p.m. Thursday that someone had written on the back of a shed in the alley.

A summons was issued and an arrest made during a 12:46 a.m. vehicle stop this morning at Third Street and Second Avenue. No details on charges were provided.

Officers opened an investigation after someone stopped at the police station at 2:46 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 67, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller reported Thursday at 9:39 p.m. that a man had illegally entered a trailer on Second Street Northeast.

A 13-year-old was arrested on charges of minor in possession, obstructing a peace officer of other public servant, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a Third Street caller reported a disturbance at 9:57 p.m. Thursday.

Donald Francis George of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, no vehicle insurance, expired registration, parking on roadway and open container in the city after a caller at Fourth Avenue and Sixth Street reported a vehicle running in the middle of the street at 12:51 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The Sheriff's Office dispatch log is not sent on holidays.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 10-week-old and three 11-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a female pit bull terrier dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a female Labrador retriever dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
