Regular agenda —

1. Final Contractor Draw Down on the Bullhook/Stormdrain Project for the Amount of $56,059.81.

2. Request for Letter of Support from Echo Enterprises on the purchase and renovation of the Highland Manor Apartments.

3. Resolution No. 3820 — A resolution affirming active participation in the bear paw economic development district.

4. Resolution No. 3821 — A resolution of the City Council submitting to the qualified electors of the City of Havre, Montana, the question of adoption of a self-government charter as authorized by article xi, section 5 of the Constitution of Montana with the council-mayor form of government as prescribed in mca 7-3-113 and shall take effect on Jan. 1, 2021.

5. Consider Charter Certificate No. 2 — Establishing the existing plan of government for the City of Havre, Montana.

6. Consider Charter Certificate No. 3 — Comparison of characertistics of the current form of government and the proposed form of government adopting a charter for the City of Havre.

7. Consider Charter Certificate No. 4 — Plan of apportionment of council member districts (wards).

8. Approval of June claims and manual warrants.
