Havre Police Department

James Allen Dominick of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Second Street Wednesday at 11:50 a.m.

Triston Alexander Ehry of Havre, 22, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of failing to carry proof of insurance and careless driving during a vehicle stop on Second Street at noon Wednesday.

A 17-year-old was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported a man with warrants and drugs on him was drinking with minors Wednesday at 9:23 p.m. After processing, the juvenile was transferred at 11:23 p.m. to a Great Falls facility for juveniles.

A summons was issued and an arrest made, during a 12:46 a.m. vehicle stop this morning at Third Street and Second Avenue. No details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Rich Street West caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Wednesday at 9:23 a.m. after having given keys and a vehicle to someone else.

Deputies investigate a disturbance reported at a Box Elder establishment Wednesday at 11:28 p.m.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop at U.S. Highway 87 and Main Street in Box Elder Wednesday at 11:50 p.m., but no details were given on the charges.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday, and firefighters responded to one call that was then canceled en route.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 10-week-old and three 11-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a female pit bull terrier dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female Labrador retriever dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
